For the 19th consecutive year in the town of Simitli was held the "kukerski" festival Simitliya.
It was attended by 29 groups, 11 of which from the municipality of Simitli and 18 guests from different parts of Bulgaria – Pavel Banya, Kolarovo, Bachevo, Bansko, Blagoevgrad, Petrich, Gabra, Hristo Danovo, Karlovo, Zemen, Kliment, Alexandrovo, Varvara and the village of Gaberovo.
The groups marched all day, as the last group from the village of Polena closed the festival after dark.
Part of the team of Rafting BG took part in the group of "old men" in the group of the village of Poleto.
