With our gift vouchers you have an opportunity to deliver one real rafting experience your beloved ones, with a two hour long extreme experience full with adrenaline. The voucher can be issued for Struma River for a rafting on the longest route and for any other of our programs.
The following conditions apply to gift vouchers:
- The voucher can be purchased for each of our programs;
- The voucher is personal, but notification can be reassigned to another person;
- Rafting BG/X-Club is not responsible for lost vouchers;
- Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash value or credit;
- The voucher is valid for one year after purchase;
Expanding the validity of the gift certificate:
– You can extend the validity before the voucher expires.
– The cost of the extension is 20% of the value of the voucher.
– The validity of the voucher shall be extended by 12 months from the expiry of the initial period of validity.
