After the warn days in Kresna gorge area, during the previous weekend the weather turned very cold and a big amount of snow covered the area. At least a few years back, the locals do not remember such big snowfall, because of the milder climate in this part of Bulgaria.
Not only the children were happy with the snow, but even we, the fans of white water are happy, as the melt of this snow will make our favorite river Struma wilder and full with adrenalin.
Rafting season comes soon: official opening – 27th of March 2021.
