Last weekend was quite intense at events. After rafting on the Struma River on Saturday, our club also visited the delicious chestnut festival in the picturesque mountain village of Brezhani. Although due to the dry weather not many chestnuts have yet been collected, as the locals informed us, the holiday was on a level with many dances, songs and fun on the village square.
On Sunday, we got on our bikes and headed for the beautiful Komatina Rocks. Despite the strong wind during the day, we enjoyed amazing views of Rila and Pirin mountain and the valley of Struma river.
Then we joined the painting of the fence of the church in the village of Poleto, our favorite village;)
