Rafting on the Struma River is not enough to do only once, especially during the time of spring season river level. That’s why we offer you the following promotion: 2 rafting trips on the Struma for the day. The river every day is different, with a different level, and each trip is different in itself.

In the boat there is a qualified instructor with you who tells you when to paddle, when to rest, when you want water and when you do not;)

Rafting trip lasts about 3 hours, depending on the level of the river. We go through multiple rapids of varying difficulty and profile. There will be an opportunity to jump into the water for cooling, or warming;)

What you need to wear for rafting on the Struma River: swimsuit, T-shirt and towel.

Difficulty level: no previous rafting experience required.

Season: March-October – Spring level of the river (March-July), Summer level of the river (August-October);

Meeting point: GPS coordinates: 41.847986,23.141863, next to the metan station, a few km after Simitli Town.

The rafting can be combined with:

– canyoning on Vlahi River
– rope garden and zip line
– paintball
– shooting with a rifle and a bow

Close to Rafting BG there is an option for a hiking to the chapel Saint Mina, from where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Struma River and the beginning of Kresna Gorge.

Rope garden and zip line can be combined with a visit of the Rila Monastery (60km), Bansko (40km), Melnik (62km) Rozhen Monastery (69km), Rupite (54km).
