The World Rafting Champs was held on Pacuare River, close to Turialba Towm in Costa Rica in the period 4th-11th of October 2011. The female teams were 19, the males 29. To the female team in the last moment was included Diana Taneva, who lives and works as a rafting guide in Canada. The participants were accommodated in a tent camp, and were fed with rice and beans, beans and rice and other combinations 😉 characteristic for the area. In the overall results the female team took 18th place.
X-club female team took the following places in the disciplines:
Sprint: 14th place, H2H: 16th place, Slalom: 16th place, Downriver: DNS.
